Advanced Tips

1. Progressive overload: Gradually increase weights each week.

2. Rest periods: 60–90 sec for hypertrophy, 2–3 min for heavy lifts.

3. Warm-up & cool-down: 5–10 min dynamic warm-up + stretching.

4. Nutrition: High protein intake (1.6–2.2g/kg bodyweight), healthy carbs & fats.

5. Recovery: Sleep 7–9 hrs; consider deload weeks every 6–8 weeks.

If you want, I can make a visual weekly chart for this advanced PPL workout, just like we did for the intermediate split.
